This project involved the full refurbishment of a vacant nursery property in Barry, preparing the building for a new tenant. Works were carried out across the entire site, transforming the internal spaces to meet the requirements of the incoming occupier.

The refurbishment included installation of new flooring throughout, internal wall preparation and decoration, and upgrades to plumbing and electrical systems. All works were coordinated across multiple trades to ensure a consistent finish and efficient programme delivery.
