This project involved internal repairs to a residential flat in Penarth following fire and smoke damage. The incident affected multiple areas within the property, requiring careful strip-out and cleaning works to stabilise the environment before reinstatement could begin.

Initial works included removal of fire-damaged materials and treatment of smoke-affected surfaces to prepare the property for repair. Once the property had been stabilised, full reinstatement works were carried out, including plastering, decoration, and replacement of affected fixtures and finishes.

The project was delivered under insurance, with all works coordinated to ensure a consistent standard and controlled delivery throughout. The flat was successfully restored to a clean, safe, and functional condition, ready for reoccupation.
