This project involved significant impact damage to the external wall of a residential property in Cardiff after a vehicle collision caused structural failure. The affected area was made safe immediately to prevent further risk, with temporary measures put in place to secure the property.

Following initial stabilisation, the damaged wall was carefully dismantled and fully rebuilt, including new brickwork to match the existing structure. Works were carried out in line with agreed scopes and coordinated to ensure a safe and controlled repair process throughout.

The project was delivered under insurance, with clear communication and site management maintained from initial attendance through to completion. The property was successfully restored to its original condition, with a consistent finish and structural integrity reinstated.
